Directly report to the Commercial Director, the position will be base in Shanghai.
As the very first member of the newly established commercial team in shanghai, you will be developing and expanding channels including regional distributor and KA network. In addition, you are expected to give insights into business strategy planning and implementing it for the region in charge. The role will work coordinately with the Commercial Director and the other teams including marketing and customer service.
At the same time, this role will lead a team with 6 people to take of East China market.
You must possess very solid channel management experience in food service including QSR and HORECA.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 year experience of channel management with strong distributor and key account network.
Besides, the candidate must have very strong communication skill and need to be initiative.
My client prefer someone has solid resources and strong BD skills. The most important requirement of this candidate is down to earth dealing skills.
Candidates with MNC background and good English ability preferred.
