Senior Management role
My client is a multinational company, one of the top educational company in the world, specialized in adult language training. With more than 40 years of experience in the market, this group operates in 28 countries and on 5 continents around the world.
*Lead the sales team to achieve the business objectives set by the company.
*Collect and analyze sales data of WSE and competitors; Build up a database of potential sales accounts.
*Develop corporate sales strategies including competition, image and pricing strategy; prepare marketing communications to target companies/sectors/professional intermediaries.
*Coordinate sales activities and decide on the appropriate sales approach to potential clients.
*Provide the effective service and key account management
*Create efficient systems to minimize the sales costs
*Assist sales training and coordinate competitions among centers
*Coordinate and manage the daily work of sales and service department.
*Aged 28 to 38 ;Bachelor Degree or above
*Good at using Windows Office Software, e.g. Windows Words, PPT, Excel and etc.
*5-8 years working experience in B2B business and management field
*Have management experience in multi-national companies
*Excellent coaching and training skills
*Good communication skills and ability for solving problems
*High awareness of responsibility and customer-focus
*Experience in International Training/Consulting background highly desirable
*Good English Ability in oral and written. Fluent local dialect is a plus
*Overseas working experience is an added advantage
