Job Description
Reporting to the Factory General Manager, you will be responsible for oversee the whole manufacturing operations and the purchasing department with the direct supports from the related managers, control the daily operation of the production floor and monitor production schedule planning to accomplish effective & efficient production, quality product and timely delivery. You will also need to provide leadership by leveraging team synergy to lead and collaborate with the management team on company’s strategies development/implementation, as well as deliver results-oriented programs such as cost or lead time reduction / increase efficiency to drive for continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in clothing/textile production management, you will posses at least 10 years senior garment manufacturing production management experience within the textile/apparel manufacturing environment with demanding standards for service support to operations. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills, with capability of assessing problems, analyzing and troubleshooting skills. A MBA degree holder with textile warehouse management experience will be highly appreciated.
