Job Description

A newly created CFO role, with responsibility at both Group level and also within young, dynamic & highly entrepreneurial subsidiaries, has become available.

You will have responsibility for all technical aspects of the finance function and in particular look at risk in both operational and strategic terms.

Commercially you will be involved with all aspects of M&A from beginning to end and most importantly create a finance function which has "business partnership" and "rigour" at its very core.

The Successful Applicant

The successful individual will be very adept at running a cutting edge China business yet equally strong in generating trust and credibility at an international group and board level.

With over ten years of core finance experience from a well regarded MNC, in addition to evidence of strategic success on different projects, you will have a business partner mentality balanced with a natural sense of internal control - and the ability to spread this within an organisation through knowledge and leadership.
