About Our Client
Our client is the world leading home decoration & construction material retailer, with over 2200 chain store in Globally, global sourcing center in China.

Job Description
Reporting to the Asia quality director, you will be responsible for leading a team of 2, in charge of leading the SQE team to work closely with the suppliers and service providers on process control and quality assurance of sourcing products, work with supplier to establish a structured quality procedures and requirements. You will also responsible to support pre-purchase testing, provide on-site technical guidance to suppliers and monitor product/ process compliance with engineering requirements, as well as support new product launch.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in legal or a related discipline, you will possess at least 10 years experience within quality, technical and leadership background. You will demonstrate strong background and experience in supplier quality assurance, quality control and quality management, familiar with statistical quality control tools such as FMEA, SPC, R&R, etc. 6-sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred, with ISO 9001 auditor certified. Excellent communication and leadership skills are required. Multinational enterprise working background with excellent English communication skill is a must.
