About Our Client
Our client is a well established organization with a large global presence across a broad range of consumer products.

Job Description
Reporting to the Regional general manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 3-4 staffs, in charge of source the qualified suppliers fro product of general supplies/stationary/paper according to company requirement, and measures and monitors supplier performance and capability, provide coaching to suppliers and report on metrics. You will be also acts as key overseas contact, as well as monitors development projects and provide leadership and coaching to the team.

The Successful Applicant
Degree qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering or a related discipline, you will possess at least 10 years working experience in sourcing and product development of relevant products gained in MNC. You will demonstrate strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, as well as communication skills. Multinational enterprise working background with excellent English communication skill is a must.
