Our client is a global brand, technology-led, engineering business. They have a very strong footprint within the Greater China region including a new US$80m joint venture in 西安.

Job Description

A newly created role has become available for a Financial Controller within the 西安 business. Reporting to both the expatriate GM and the Regional FC, this position will take immediate responsibility for a mid-sized Financial Control team.

You will be an essential part of the day to day running of the BU and all matters relating to its financial control. You will also be involved in special projects including process management and re-engineering.

The Successful Applicant

Our client is especially interested in those people who can demonstrate a stable career path over the last 5 to 8 years with tangible and notable career achievements in this time.

Typically this person will have a very strong sense of cost and cashflow from a high value engineering and manufacturing background. They will also have gained excellent process & also capital management skills from within a multi-entity environment.

Personality is crucially important - both due to the international make-up of the firm and the difficulties of remote reporting lines. Applicants must have exceptional management skills, be proactive and believe in a results orientated approach.
