- SOP for all functions and departments, including IT systems
- Internal controls / Audit & Investigations
- Effectiveness tracking
- Pre-opening of sites and project management
- Have over 8 year internal control / risk control experience with solid accounting knowledge and experience.
- Over at least 2 year project or procedure improvement leader experience.
- Big 4 CPA firm experience is preferred
- Have ERP system implementation experience. Have good system and process thinking.
- Detailed orientated, Self-motivation, initiative, result driving and broad thinking
- Strong inter-personal skills and cross communication skills, have excellent team coaching experience.
