North Sales VP in One Leading Food Company
- Leading one 200ppl team to own the P&L of North region
- Take a full function management role coving all the channels in FMCG industry
Our client is one popular and big branding food company globally and has longer than 15 years business history in China market; has over 1.5billion business revenue in north market;
We are looking for a result driven sales professional Leader to join our sales team to drive North Region business and take the Team management; This role is the leader of our Beijing based North China sales team, operating relatively independently on daily basis and accountable to the national headquarter in Shanghai.
The qualified candidate should be:
qualified of leadership management and relationship Management
Be the voice of the Region within the company
Be the key interface between company brand and customers, including distributors and retailers and special channels
Secure a strong relationship with the customers' customer (retailers) and business partners
Be influential and secure headquarter support
At least 10 years sales team management experiences in food & beverage industries.
Experience with contract negotiations with KAs and solve problems of business issue
Experience with distributor management
Experience with leadership role of a team of at least 100 sales people.
Familiarity with North China market in FMCG industry
Mature, independent, driven
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Strong people skills
