Our client is a leading provider of automotive financial services, offering an extensive line of financing plans and vehicle and payment protection products to customers and dealers in the worldwide.
Build and maintian high performance sales organization to effectively achieve business target.
Balance the product structure to maintain certain level of profit.
Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
Provide supervision through field visits, observations, data analysis to guide performance appraisal.
Prepare monthly, quaterly and annual sales forecasts. Make adjustment based on the latest change of market.
Sensitive to the market and competitors' change. Comparing to the sales results, adjust and correct action if necessary.
Together with Line VP, provide sales team incentive planning and budget control.
Together with Line VP, ensure the Manager's above positions hiring, training, development and retention.
Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other dept. - NSS, KAM, Operation, Risk, Collection, IT, Treasury etc.
Both or either rich Finance or Motor vehicle industry background is required.
More than 10 years experience at this field.
Management skill over at least 20 people size of organization.
Business level English skill for both writing and speaking is requirement.
It is necessary to drink alcohol and play golf as usual activities.
