Key Responsibilities and Measures:
Be responsible for payroll and HR operation for PEC and GEDU.
Manage process & policy of HR operation, providing employee service including but not limited to pay roll, social benefit, on boarding & off boarding, "ask HR", employee relationship.
In charge of HR reporting per different requirements. Make sure data quality.
Lead HR information system, to be aligned with global as well as effectively implemented in China.
Continuously improve quality of HRIS, payroll and employee information management.
Support finance and legal to meet HR audit management.
Take lead of HR operation team about 10 HC.
Take lead of global HR IT system roll-out in China, e.g. Fusion and Taleo.
Integrate suppliers and outsourcing partners of HR operation for different entities.
Establish China central HR service organization, incl. PEC, GEDU and WSE.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor degree and above
10+ years above HR experience. 5 years+ HR shared service or operation experience for big organization (non-manufacturing and 2,000 staff+). Payroll and C&B experience is mandatory.
Solid experience on HR policy, process, project management.
Leadership experience of managing a team over 10 staffs.
Experience of HR IT is mandatory and know-how of Fusion and Taleo is a plus.
Experience of working with external outsourcing agencies and HR shared service organization set up is a plus.
Retail or education industry is preferred.
Be able to handle change management & conflict management
Proficient oral English
