-Will take responsibility for the department, which means checking emails and responding even when off of work or on weekends for urgent issues.
-Maintaining a positive company culture through creative activities, team building events, and other creative methods!
-Recruiting and interviewing for our China team.
-Monthly salary and attendance calculations and communication with our 3rd party company.
-Conducting initial training for new hires, introducing them to the company and making them knowledgeable about the expectations of the job.
-Conduct probation reviews. Help the company to maintain the best employees.
-Assist other managers to help improve staff that is struggling.
-Communicate with the US HR Manager on China issues to ensure smooth communication between global offices.
-Responsible for the whole "feel" of the China team.
- Manage HR and Admin people to make sure a smooth operation.
- Responsible for HR work plan, such as training, recruitment, events and so on, also make them happen.
- Responsible for policies update, implement, can keep GM updated for all new policies and know how to protect company's interests.
- Check related report and check with dept. heads if there is any issues.
