Our Client is a innovative E-commerce company; Currently, they are looking for a HRD to join their company and engage in business working.
1.Designing HR plans and creating planning schemes for the Organization Department and supervising the implementation of various plans and schemes;
2.Establishing and refining the HR management system and doing research on and designing HR management models, including the development of recruiting, personnel administration, compensation & benefits, and employee development systems, controlling HR cost, timely handling of crucial HR issues, and instructing employee career development;
3.Assisting in designing the company's recruitment plans based on the business development demands and talent recruitment plans of various departments;
4.Designing HR procedures and mechanisms regarding onboarding, departure, and internal job transfers;
5.Define people management priorities and HR plans based on business strategy;
6.Build up people learning and development system aligned with business strategy and deliver offerings;
7.Provide tools and trainings to improve line managers' performance management competency;
8.Keep close relationship and communication with local authorities to build up good relationship and positive image.
1.Bachelor degree or above, at least ten years of professional HR experience;
2.Cover full range HR module management experience, including but not limited to personnel administration, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance evaluation, etc.;
3.Passionate, strong logical thinking ability and interpersonal skills, strong project management capability. Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems;
4.Excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
5.Knowledge and work experience in famous financial or internet companies is preferred.
