HR & Admin Manager, mainly focus on recruitment

* Coordinate with department heads and understand HR related issues.
* Define the right Channel for the candidates of different levels
* Execute / Monitor the entire recruitment process, make sure recruitment needs be fulfilled effectively within the required time.
* Draft and distribute all HR policies.
* Improve the communication with staff. Explain any newly issued policies from the company as well as the Government. Understand staff's needs by conducting interview with the staff on a regular basis.
* Any other human resource functions needs.
* Take charge of all office functions and manage daily administrative operation.
* Draft and distribute all administration memos and policies.
* Be responsible for organizing all kinds of company meetings and activities.
At least 6 years working experience;
Prefer worked in property / real estate / financial service industry;
Strong at recruitment function, could hands on and monitor whole recruitment process.
