*Ensure the delivery of high quality services that meet customer expectations;
*Set annual, quarterly, monthly goals of CS department according to the development strategy of company;
*Responsible for team building, Couch and drive the team in order to achieve requested departmental target;
*Formulate and improve the CS working procedures and system, improve service and operation ability;
*Provide innovative, future-focused solutions to customers' needs;
*Ensure regular monitoring of customer and stakeholder satisfaction to optimize business performance;
*Develop a culture and business processes that will ensure continuous improvement of customer services;
*Encourage teamwork and the sharing of best practice;
*Be responsible for all business aspects of the strategic software platform/s which enables the commercial delivery of an integrated, 'single source' employee services proposition;
Solid senior customer management experience, witch should including foreign employee management and global business customer services. Fluent English is must and talent with Internet/Gaming background is plus.
