Customer Service Manager - Medical Device MNC

A world leading medical device company with global business increasing each year. Currently they're setting Shanghai office as Asia HQ.
Act as the point of contact for customers (including the trade customer and ending customer), collecting information and requests from the market and coordinating with internal resources to bring forth solutions;
Deeply to understand the forecast from customer and guarantee order fulfillment;
Design, control and processing of all Sales Order types;
Monitor the on-time arrival of cargo from suppliers; control the inventory; deal with incorrect invoices timely; assist IQC to deal with materials with problems; assist PE to deal with non-confirmed materials.
Track the sales progress and work closely with business and operation team to support the business target fulfillment.
People management experience with at least 2 years in management position;
Rich job experience in customer service area;
Experience in Healthcare industry and MD&D industry with relevant quality knowledge is preferred;
College degree at least, preferably with background in SCM/System related
