*Lead and manage the Aftermarket and Customer Solutions organization in the Region.
*Develop, drive and support aftermarket and Soft Product (New and Reman parts, Services and Attachments) business, according to market share, volume, price goals
*Secure customer satisfaction in the region through effective product technical support, Service & parts competence development and Parts availability initiatives.
*Manage implementation of Customer Solution offers in the Region (Prioritise offers, decide on timing, secure resources, and follow-up results)
*Develop and secure dealers' Aftermarket competence, by initiating and following-up dealer development and training activities
*Provide necessary market input (e.g. market dynamics, sales- and support performance, product quality information) to Global Customer Solutions team and other global functions
We are looking for the person who is strong in the leadership and with great industry competence.
The strong commercial knowledge and ability to drive and manage a geographically and organizationally separated team are essential for achieve this role.
