Client Service Manager - International Information Services Co

Our client target in Investor services, work with public companies, including many of the world's largest, to track and deliver their shareholders' entitlements.
Client Servicing & Inquiry Response
Proactively respond to client inquiries on a daily basis.
Work with internal departments to prioritize client requests, deliverables and issue resolution.
Technology / Productivity / Innovation
Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client inquiries.
Introduce & familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools and products.
Exposure of missing documentation to company
Ensure proper escalation and follow through on claims, payments and invoice collection.
Team leading skill
Education level and/or relevant experience(s)
At least 3 years Global Custody and/or Fund Accounting experience, in particular with QDII
Prior work experience in a client servicing role is preferred.
Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs.
Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs.
Experience in reporting and managing multiple data sources
Comprehensive working knowledge of excel.
Native Mandarin speaker with excellent English communication skills.
