our client is top brand food ingredient manufacture company , started business in China for over 10 years .
Is responsible for developing volume and maximum profit from selling activities by securing orders, by building relationships with individual customers and sales representatives to ensure future business, and by evaluating and recommending pricing schedules and customer service actions.
*Direction of sales Effectiveness: Direct selling to Global Giants and/or Solid Regionals as well as giving instructions and directions to the distributor organization in line with sales through better selling methods, more efficient use of work time, suggesting changes in sales presentations, etc.
*Accounts and Territorial Assignments: Plans and co-ordinates the assignment of accounts within the distribution organization in line with basic sales objectives and policies established by the Director of Sales & Marketing
*Ideally experience with the food ingredient and/or food/beverage industry
*Impeccable leadership, communication (oral, written, and presentation), organization, analytical, and business skills.
*Proven ability to negotiate with customers in a professional manner
*Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree a PLUS, ideally in food science
*Works well in multi-regional settings and able to facilitate team collaboration.
*Fluent in English language, Mandarin mother language
