China HR Manager (HK nese Prefer)

My client is a HK retail brand with 30 stores in China.
*Lead and supervise China teams to deliver full spectrum of human resource functions from recruitment, compensation and benefits, monthly payroll and tax administration;
*Review and implement company policies and procedures;
*Work closely with all department heads in various HR initiatives e.g. performance management, manpower planning and internal communications;
*Oversee daily office administration, maintain and enhance office facilities; supervise office renovation projects;
*Coordinate staff activities e.g. annual dinner parties;
*Travel around China is required.
*Degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant disciplines;
*Minimum 8 years HR experience in which at least 3 years in manager role;
*Familiar with China Labour Ordinance;
*Proficiency in spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must;
*Excellent communication and leadership skills, self-initiative and well organized.
