My client is sister brand of Cetaphil, whose mother group was formed in 1981 as a joint venture between Nestlé and L'Oréal. The company, headed by President & CEO Humberto C. Antunes, has 33 affiliates in 80 countries with a worldwide network of distributors and employs more than 5,000 people. The parent company is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with Corporate Services in Paris-La Défense, France.
Start with cross boarder business and expand to whole channel E-commerce business to build the Proactiv brand on E- Commerce Channel.
The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer e-commerce with knowledge of main successful digital activities. Experience in cross boarder and managing e-commerce platforms with technical understanding of website infrastructure related to e-commerce operations (Taobao DSR management, supply chain, Ecommerce key account management, digitalmedia mix, CRM). Experience in the cosmetics and beauty industry is a plus. He/She will be entrepreneurial, autonomy and strong ability or experience to launch new product and build brand in E-commerce channel.
*Responsible for all aspects involved in the launch of Practive on E-commerce channel.
*Deliver Proactiv Ecommerce sales target in accordance with company policies and procedures
*Propose and develop annual joint business plan with Ecommerce Key distributors and E-tailers and lead the implementation
*Manage Key Account e-platforms through close cooperation with 3rd party distributor/agency in terms of Joint business plan, big events cooperation, stocks management, CRM and product assortment.
*Leverage brand resource and direction into relevant and successful sales activities
*Work closing with global Proactiv team and pro-actively contributes to raising overall E-commerce knowledge within Proactiv China and beyond as role model
