Key Responsibilities and Measures:
*Design and implement company's compensation and benefit programs and activities, such as salary structure, short-term/long-term incentive plans, share plans, employee benefit plans, to meet the company's objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
*Coordinate with global in area of responsibility to ensure adaption of global reward standard policies and processes as well as provide advises in turn to assure local needs being considered in global standard design.
*Drive position evaluation process, execute analytical evaluation in a timely manner and ensure the consistency in respective organization.
*Analyze and evaluate external market data as well as internal data about the organization's current and future human resources needs in order to develop salary budgets and forecasts that are consistent with the organization's reward strategy.
*Recommend compensation and benefits programs that will be beneficial for attracting, motivating and retaining managerial and professional employees.
*Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the organization receives satisfactory standard of services e.g. insurance carriers, salary and benefits survey companies.
*Initiate, participate and/or contribute to global or local projects in area of responsibility (such as M&A projects).
*Provide consultation & training to HR Community to ensure that consistent and up-to-date knowledge is captured.
*Potentially lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals to ensure that the organization's reward strategy is implemented effectively and within established budgets and that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws and employment standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
*Total working experience exceeds 10 years.
*Minimum 8 years' professional experience in HR, with 5-8 years in managerial level in a key international organization.
*Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and assessing effectiveness of C&B programs
*Understanding of China local government regulations related to HR fields esp. C&B.
*Strong influencing, interaction, communication skills.
*Strong relationship-building skills especially with senior management teams.
*Fluent in English and Chinese, both oral and written.
*Fluent in using MS tools or equivalent.
*BA/BS degree in HR Management, Business Administration or other related fields
