*Establish and monitor the complement of the business development strategy and target
*Analyze and understand customer and leading vendor, service provider strategies, future product plans, and expansion activities to develop penetration strategies for new business opportunities.
*Effectively brief and leverage executives on strategy and tactics to enhance cloud ecosystem including business, technologies and developers
*Successfully negotiate difficult and/or critical business matters, through interaction with executive level managers both internally and externally.
*Expert business knowledge of IT industry
*Practical experience on business development or ecosystem establishment in cloud computing area
*Shall have a record of strategic and tactical success, like have executive's experiences with different functions, or have been substituted for long experience in senior roles. Can both analyze and act with equal ease.
*Strong creativity, problem-solving abilities and the capability to both lead and work as a member of a team.
*Great communication, organization and interpersonal skills
*Be comfortable with asking hard questions and require that people make changes that help the product line.
*Be comfortable in a visible leadership position. Be able to sort through and analyze a great deal of detailed information in light of a big-picture view of the business. Shall have a strong ability to multitask, rather than being a pure analyst or thinker.
Based in Shenzhen with International travel and exposure
