APAC Aftersales Support Manager

Our client is a leading innovative company with global coverage which invents and manufactures hi-tech consumer durables.
-Support Customer Service and team with service strategy, providing resolutions for all service escalations.
-Coach internal and external stakeholders about service training/program.
-Drive the delivery of best in class service.
-Work close with multiple departments, like Marketing, to discuss Service performance, how to improve and drive change.
-Build relationships with key stakeholders providing technical and/or service support
-Manage suppliers and coach them.
-Identify problems, find solutions, & fix things that you can see need fixing.
-Be the eyes and ears for issues in the services.
-8 years of service experience in a technical engineering background.
-Strong operational experience is required, prefer engineering background, such as mechanical/electrical technical.
-Experience managing shared and remote service team relationships
-Proven Project Management experience
-Strong at communication and presentation, can working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders
-Can get hands dirty when needed.
-Degree educated or equivalent work experience
