Alan Pang, Director - Global Research Center, Aon Hewitt

  Overall Background

Alan’s areas of expertise range from auditing and optimising design of organisation structure, corporate governance, HR effectiveness, HR shared service setup, performance management, total compensation, and training and development. He has extensive consulting experience in the industries of automotive, hi-tech equipment, raw material, telecommunication, trading, and transportation in Asia, especially Greater China.

Before Hewitt, he worked with General Motors in helping them set up joint ventures and launch new operations in China and Thailand.
 


Qualifications

 

Alan graduated from The University of Texas at Austin.  He got his MBA degree at the McCombs School of Business.  His focuses were Business Strategy and Information Management.
