Audrey leads Aon Hewitt's Talent and Organization Consulting Practice in East China. She assists clients in leadership development, talent attraction and retention, organization performance and organization transformation. Audrey also leads the Best Employers in Asia Pacific 2011 Study.
Audrey is based in Shanghai and advises multinational and local organizations in diverse industries, primarily in financial services, manufacturing, service and pharmaceutical sectors.
Audrey's clients include: Microsoft, IBM, Corning, Nike, Bank of China, China Everbright Bank, UPM, Sanofi-Aventis, Johnson & Johnson Medical Device, Xi'an Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, Toyota, Michelin, MetLife Insurance, Alcatel-Lucent, Fosun and Tyson.
Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Audrey worked for 15 years in a number of global consumer goods companies in marketing and sales management roles in different countries. She has worked in China for more than ten years.
Audrey graduated from the University of Alberta, Canada with an Economics degree. She is certified in several psychometric tools.
