Senior Director Technical Services, China | Based in Shanghai
Reporting to the Vice President of Technical Services for Asia Pacific you will have responsibility for managing all aspects of the Technical Services business in China including; strategies, personnel, finance and priority projects. You will work closely with developers/owners and design consultants and have a clear overview of all ongoing projects in the Greater China region. To be successful you must have, a proven track record in the management or design of hotel projects in China. Experience of large scale mixed-use developments on behalf of recognised international hotel operators is desirable. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential and relevant qualifications are preferable.

Projects Manager, China | Based in Shanghai
The role will have total responsibility for managing all technical services related issues on selected projects in Greater China. You will review designs at all stages of the projects for conformity to the Groups global standards and design and construction guidelines, providing regular reports to the Regional Director.
To be successful you must have worked on multiple projects at one time and have experience in high profile hotel developments preferably in mainland China. You will have the ability to critically review architectural and fit-out designs. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential alongside relevant qualifications.

Design Director, China | Based in Shanghai
Overall management responsibility for design of all projects in the Greater China region. You will work closely with developers/owners and design consultancies to play a key role in the preparation of design guidelines for China projects. The position requires extensive travel within Greater China. To be successful you must have proven experience in the management or design of Hotel projects in China and preferably have worked internationally during your career. An ability to review and analyze luxury hotel architectural and fitout designs. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential alongside design related qualifications.

Area Manager Conversions – APAC | Based in Singapore
Reporting to the VP of Technical Services, you will be responsible for all conversion prospects and projects in Asia Pacific. You will inspect the existing hotels; recommend possible conversions to the Group management and manage all aspects of the projects. Another key focus will be in reviewing the architectural and fit-out designs and making suggestions. To be successful, you must have proven experience in the management or design of Hotel projects in the region. You are creative, independent and you have demonstrated leadership abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
