Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this incumbent will have to oversee the overall operational aspect of the business for East China. The position is expected to be involved in the business strategy development on a national level and lead the team to achieve its objectives. The candidate must have solid experience in managing retail stores with strategic vision.

Manages and coordinates the daily operations of their home store and the stores in their area.
Maximizes sales by building high performing teams, enhancing our brand image in the market, and ensuring a consistent superior customer experience.
Analyzes and attains KPI's and takes appropriate actions.
Demonstrates a strong Human Resources acumen to include recruitment of top talent, counseling of under performers and coaching for performance improvement.
Develops new customer relationships and interacts with existing customers to increase sales.
Builds strong partnerships with corporate, district and store management teams and communicates with all parties regularly.
