The Sales Head for the industrial filtration company is responsible for working and managing the sales team in achieving the company's revenue growth targets. This individual will be expected to develop and execute sales strategies, maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and provide guidance and direction to the sales team. TNeed to manage a team around 8, 60% distribution , 40% Bidding . Selling to OEM equipment.
As GM, you will be expected to devise the business strategy for this new cold chain facility, with a key focus on how you will find and recruit customers to lease the warehouse. You will be accountable for contract negotiation, relationship management, providing technical advice and ultimately the entire P&L of the site.
