As the Human Resources Vice President, you will be responsible for all areas of Human Resources and implementing best practice across the entire organisation. Reporting into the company President, you will be partnering with all of the JVs in China, ensuring buy-in with all processes and procedures.

Being the key strategic business partner within Head Quarter in providing professional HR and Administration (HRA) advice and services to the business on recruiting, engaging and developing people across all geographic locations for the Brand.

- Own and design an overall HR strategy for the Company, oversees day to day HR responsibilities and ensure compliance across the group.
