The client seeks to hire a newly created HR Business Partner who will support the Product and Technology business as an individual contributor role. This role will collaborate with Senior management to implement HR strategy processes initially focusing in Singapore, with plenty of career progression prospects offered to be promoted to a regional role in future.
This HRBP role is responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise by providing a wide range of HR support and advice. This includes, but not limited to, guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.
This leadership role involves direct interaction with regional leaders, senior stakeholders, and joint venture partners to implement HR strategies, including organisational development, talent management, and rewards. The main objective is to transform HR into a strategic partner that supports the achievement of business goals in Asia by collaborating with the global team and regional counterparts.
