To act as an HR Business partner to the commercial team, to ensure the effective use of business resources, acting as advisor/coach, proposing suite of solutions to support the business grow and meet the HR needs. Liaise with the HR team in HQ Tendering for functional guidance and support.
HR Business Partner
You will support delivery of the HR strategy for Professional Services teams by combining business understanding with HR subject expertise to support and coach line managers in the delivery of strategic objectives through people. To do this you will work collaboratively with HR colleagues in the Centres of Expertise to ensure alignment between Professional Services teams and the consistent application of policy and procedure.
