*根据公司总体战略规划制定培训发展规划并实施;建立健全公司培训发展体系及管理制度,建立完善的培训需求、培训评估体系;*建立健全公司讲师体系,建设培训师资队伍,开发内部讲师团队,管理、整合、评估各类培训资源;公司人才培养和人才梯队建设。
1、直接向大中华区销售负责人汇报,管理华北、蒙古等区域销售管理工作,为业绩目标负责;2、负责所在区域市场机会及竞争态势分析、参与策略制定及主导策略实施;3、合作伙伴(代*理商/经销商)及大客户开发、维护与管理;4、团队成员的管理、培训与发展。
