As the sales General Manager, you will directly be involved in business development and aftermarket service activities across the assigned region, to achieve sales goals, profit level as well as market share target. This will be done through utilizing a combined sales force of technical sales person as well as distribution partners. You will also be accountable for coordinating with different functional leaders and supporting units.
This role will be responsible for the strategical grow of APAC region business except for India region.Besides, you are expected to further develop the direct sales business model while maintaining current sales network relationship.
