As GM, you will be expected to devise the business strategy for this new cold chain facility, with a key focus on how you will find and recruit customers to lease the warehouse. You will be accountable for contract negotiation, relationship management, providing technical advice and ultimately the entire P&L of the site.
This is a newly created country head position for a Chinese luxury brand, famous in China, which would like to get into US market.
The GM will have the full p&l ownership and responsibility for brand measures such asmarketing planning & activation, social media platforms, new product introductioninitiatives, KOL and influencer strategy & recruitment, ecommerce platforms, externalcreative & content agencies, ecommerce and marketing investment & ROI.
