- Develop and implement the overall business strategy in Australia, aligning with the overseas Business objectives and local market dynamics- Provide visionary leadership to drive the achievement of revenue targets, market share growth, and profitability
This is a newly created role in BD team focusing on both in-licensing and out-licensing projects. This role will be responsible and driving the process of identifying and evaluating innovative assets in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and academia with a focus in immuno-oncology but also with an open eye on other disease areas, as well as potential targets for M&A, co-development and out-licensing.
One of your key priorities will be to define and implement an APAC brand portfolio strategy, in line with the ambitious growth and transformation agenda for the region as well as drive regional brand building, developing, and implementing marketing, retail, and digital strategies in collaboration with APAC business units and global brand teams.
The role with manage a team to look after whole Asia market and report to the Managing Director in HQ.
The job holder is responsible for the development of our client's operations in China. Key task areas will include but are not limited to market share improvement, financial performance, personnel development, physical asset management etc.This job is also open to expats who has solid working experience in China.
