The AFM Product Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in increasing market share, meeting quarterly objectives, and drive marketing strategies for AFM products in the semiconductor sector in China.
As a Semiconductor CIM/MES Implementation Expert , you will leverage your expertise in computer-integrated manufacturing (CIM) to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of our semiconductor manufacturing operations.

Responsible for high speed PCB design and Signal Integrity simulation. Provide completed signal integrity test solution including fixture, software and so on. Provide technical support to sales engineers and marketing for big customers.
Define requirement for meeting the business objectivesLeverage sales and marketing practices, technology, tools and processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and closure ratesIdentify business opportunities based on customer knowledge and industry trendsDevelop strategy and plans to deliver solutions to satisfy customer needs, achieve profitable sales growth, both short and long term in the target segments
Contribute to headquarter communication projects and strategies from conceptualisation stage to effectively increase relevance of all brand initiatives in APAC.
Contributes to the revenue and profitability targets for the segment by defining and executing in the region the (sub) segment strategy (including elements such as Go To Market models, Innovation, winning value proposition, product offer, specification and approvals, and related communication tactics) and activating local sales teams providing guidance with proper training and sales pipeline management review.
Responsibility for developing and executing the long-term market strategy for the assigned market(s) globally. Development of value propositions, segmentation, pricing strategy and value chain analysis. Identification of geographical and segment participation strategies and channel strategies.
This role will be responsible for supporting and facilitating the development of regional strategies and driving for the deployment of regional strategy activities. The position is also expected to analyze the market share trends andprovide insights to the management for business decisions
Serve as a critical function within the Global marketing organization. REsponsibile for providing the business a regional market-based view assessment that informs the business in the areas of; customer segmentation-targeting-positioning , macro and microeconomics that drive customer and consumer, and competitor behavior, and an understanding of competitive dynamics in each market.
