About Our Client

*To ensure a constant fast, updated, bug free user experience on all digital touch points, following International eBusiness guidelines
*To update the content system (set-up, activation) to reflect the latest content and imagery (global launch, local campaign)
*To activate local and global campaigns on digital touch points to drive additional sales
*To provide seamless experience from acquisition call-to-action to landing pages and achieve enhanced campaign conversion rate
*To communicate with internal stakeholders to optimize manual validation process
*To conduct performance tests on technical developments of digital platforms
*To monitor external, site centric and CRC indicators to report and consolidate digital KPIs (sales, search engine ranking, conversion funnel, average basket, customer's complaints, channel share…)
*To escalate any major issue affecting conversion rate, new member's activation or volume of online sales to relevant stakeholders.
*To assist e-Commerce manager on cross-sell, upsell possible solutions
*To concur to the overall eBusiness objective of providing best-in-class digital customer experience
*To participate in the roll-out of new personalized user experience in cooperation with CRM and eBusiness team.
The Successful Applicant
*2 years' experience in webmastering / eCommerce platforms management (including official website, mobile site & mobile APP)
*Strong experience in Website running (Content Management, Merchandising, A/B testing & personalization, analytics)
*Past experience in SEO optimization is a plus
*Understanding of the online acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites is a definite plus
*Detailed minded, flawless execution ability, responsible with excellent organization and coordination skills
*Quick learner, good interpersonal & communication skills to deal with different stakeholders including local and headquarters
*Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
*Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
