About Our Client
Our client is one of the largest manufacturers in the world by focusing on specific market with high growth potential globally.
Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; taking lead of overall HR, admin and IT functions.
Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals and values of GC China.
Contribute to the development of the overall HR function by sharing best practices, sharing knowledge, and contributing to or lead APAC HR projects.
Take a leadership role in developing a culture and positive environment that enables employees to perform in accordance to organization's objectives.
Take a leadership role in innovation and involvement in human resource area.
Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
Lead performance management, talent management, retention, employee inspiration and encouragement, effective labor relationships and L&D program.
The Successful Applicant
Candidate with a MBA from a very premier school in China or abroad is highly preferred.
Experience leading HR activities in Greater China.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution
Good proven track record of partnering with internal customers or real customers in a complex matrix business. environment.
Fluent spoken and written in English.
