About Our Client
A global leading European Automotive company, their business is in manufacturing of components for commercial vehicles. With a history of over 60 years this company has achieved success through flexibility, technical know-how, entrepreneurial action and a close relationship with its employees.
Profit and Loss responsible in cooperation with top management.
Define the strategy for China Sales and Marketing plan.
Manage the daily operations of the sales department ensuring maximum potential in achieved- devise plan to monitor and to continuously improve process.
Develop, maintain and improve business relationships with all key accounts and also targeted new customers and new sales opportunities, to close new business.
Grow and nurture sales force- take charge of hiring, training and developing the sales related team.
Build a high performing sales + marketing tea, whilst focusing on the development of the aftermarket team.
Achieve annual company target, ensure good cash flow.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years Auto industry sales experience,
Min 5 year senior manager position, focusing on the commercial vehicle market sector
Have a strong entrepreneurial business sense to drive growth from key accounts and new business/products
Strong leadership skills in bring out the best in people
Proven experience in growing, building and nurturing teams to their full potential.
Native Chinese speaker with excellent written and verbal skills in English; Excellent presentation skills.
