About Our Client

# Set up and maintain China training and development systems together with BU heads
# Conduct annual training needs assessment, execute training plans, follow up with training effectiveness assessment, and make continuous improvement to training programs to meet business needs and talent development needs.
# Use the corporation's training materials and an innovative delivery method, present localised training programs in soft skills, new products and business models
# Evaluate and manage external training vendors and provide consultancy in proper training vender selection to line management.
The Successful Applicant
# University Degree or above
# Minimum 5 years' training experience in finance, retail or IT industry
# Demonstrated business acumen in understanding the financial services industry
# Strong self-learning, coaching,and influencing skills
# Fluency in Chinese and English
# Action-oriented and with a drive for results.
