About Our Client
Our client is the Non-Governmental Organizations, they aimed to expand professional opportunity in their countries by enlisting talented future leaders to the effort.
Evaluate and manage external training vendors and provide consultancy in proper training vender selection to line management.
Conduct annual training needs assessment; consider individual performance plans.
Execute training plans, follow up with training effectiveness assessment, and make continuous improvement to training programs to meet business needs and talent development needs.
Establish and review current training process, and recommend for improvements and enhancements.
Set up and maintain China training and development systems.
Provide assistance to manage and develop internal trainers to deliver required training.
The Successful Applicant
5-8 years relevant experience in an HR training role in multinational companies.
Familiar with various methods of people development, and organizational development process and skills.
Ability to identify training needs through consultation, observation and data analysis.
Self-starter with good cooperation and teamwork.
