About Our Client
Our client is today a global company that plays a major role worldwide in the categories of concentrated soft drinks, ready-to-drink soft drinks.It owns some powerful brands.
-Plan the development, description, approval and implementation of the trade marketing plan for the Cash Market and Industrial channel.
-Responsible for the development of CCP regarding the Cash Market and Industrial channels
-The overall responsibility for the execution of the Trade Marketing activities within the Cash Market and Industrial channels.
Structural responsibility within the company:
-Manage the build-up and follow up on trade marketing budgets and accounts for the Cash Market and Industrial channels.
-Manage contacts with defined 3rd parties.
-Participate in transformation of the company into a modern and competitive company.
-Within the area of responsibility to form policies and procedures for the company and manage the implementation of these.
-Support that the company is a place where employees prefer to work.
-Secure that we can out-perform our competitors
-Secure that the area of responsibility is well administrated and that processes are described in detailed documentations in general.
-Secure that documentation is aligned with other departments and associated companies.
-Good and attractive partner in processes within the company and with outside parties.
-Develop the trade marketing plan for Cash Market and Industrial channel for all brands.
Overall goal is to achieve sales target for relevant channels within the boundaries set by the overall CO-RO Business Strategy, Global Marketing Strategy and relevant Global Brand Strategies.
-Develop CCP for China regarding the Cash Market and Industrial channels and secure that these are aligned with the relevant global brand strategies and the global marketing strategy.
-Develop and secure the implementation of and follow up on brand activities to increase sales.
-Present the trade marketing plans and the trade marketing activities to relevant colleagues in Xindebao and CO-RO.
-Secure decisions for Cash Market and Industrial channels are made based on business intelligence and analysis - build/secure a deep knowledge of the relevant channels.
This includes assortment optimization, promotion planning, pricing (both ex-XDB and RSP), and distribution goals
-Monitor and analyze the market, including but not limited to the relevant competitors and the customers and secure that developments are included in relevant plans and communicated to relevant people in Xindebao and CO-RO.
-Manage and approve the trade marketing costs in relevant channels.
-Develop POS material for the relevant channels aligned with the global brand strategies and in close cooperation with Global BM's at HQ
-Develop channel specific sales activities.
-Develop strong go-to-market plans for product launches for relevant channels.
-Participate in the implementation of the Application Strategy in close cooperation with Global BM's at HQ

Experience from international company.
