About Our Client

1.Acts as the primary contact window for operations at China and Asia for inbound or outbound logistics and trade compliance questions, concerns, etc
2.Ensures compliance with all applicable trade compliance regulations, including local trade regulations pertaining to import and export, classification and U.S. export, anti-boycott, and anti-bribery regulations, as well as ethics policies
3.Collaborate with Logistic Team to tracks, manages and solves issues related to import of large complex orders. Designs and implements a consistent and reliable process to monitor and measure performance for requirements of complex orders. Works closely with the internal colleagues (Pricing team, OTC team, sales/services operations to ensure excellent customer satisfaction)
4.Develops, implements and manages reliable, consistent, and efficient processes for import/export and delivery of products and deployment of systems to China and Asia, these processes will include standard import/export sop, hand carry, temporary import, return process etc
5.Qualifies, engages, supervises and assists local customs brokers in accordance with corporate policies, and ensures performance through regular reviews
6.HS Code Management: Overview import declarations including used HS codes, descriptions and declaration elements. Consults with Application Engineers and / or Trade Compliance Classification Analysts and specialists as needed for using the accurate declaration information and HS codes
7.Acts as primary contact window with local customs authorities and other applicable governmental agencies and officials
8.Regularly study the new government policies/regulations and figure out the related business opportunity
9.Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk through audits and periodic reviews. Develops and implements corrective action plans and procedures for resolution of these issues
10.Develops training modules and partners to ensure awareness of trade compliance regulations and processes (Valuation, license introduction, FTA, import/export process etc.)
11.Manage the performance of brokers and import and export agents including but not limited to auditing their data declaration
12.Lead and perform regulars business units internal Customs & Trade Compliance audits

Training for other operation department.
Maintain the relationship with Government.
