About Our Client
Our client is a global leading US multinational organisation providing engineering, construction, procurement, installation and project management services to offshore oil and gas developments worldwide. With a newly announced 100 acre joint venture facility in Qingdao, our client is looking for a Training Manager to roll out a comprehensive training infrastructure that spans across the safety, leadership, soft skills, and leadership arena.
Job Description
Reporting to and working closely with the General Manager and division heads in China you will provide strategic and tactical development and training to the various operating divisions. You will lead, design and facilitate workshops and deliver learning programs to a wide audience ranging from supervisory to senior management staff. You will also be a change agent influence and building strong relationships with business partners to achieve strategic and operational objectives. As a key learning partner you will identify and priorities leaning needs and identify practical solutions that have a positive long term impact for the China business.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role you will have experience within an organisation development or training capacity with time spent in a leadership role. You will have excellent communication, project management skills and have an ability to capture audience attention. You will need to be able to think conceptually and act operationally to achieve learning and organisation development goals. Fluent English and Putonghua language skills are essential.
