Job Description
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for establishing and running the plant and processes for two business units. The role is accountable for planning and directing all aspects(Full Function Role) of the organization's supply chain strategies, objectives, initiatives and policies.

The Successful Applicant
• Lead the startup and construction of new factory and build up operations team for new JV
• Development of appropriate processes to manage production capacity and inventory
• Drive manufacturing and quality performance management, metrics, policy deployment, root cause and countermeasure analysis.
• Responsible for all talent management aspects of the Supply Chain organization
• Continue to drive productivity to meet output goals without risk of quality issues
• Manage inventory turns and asset management through cycle reduction and implementation of Lean principles
• Manage Report outs and communicating project status, business issues, and significant developments to the leadership team
• Direct all manufacturing operations, material inventory and logistics management processes to meet commercial demand and supply chain objectives
• Develop supply chain strategy for the streamlining and localization of external supply chain
• Ensure effective delivery of material through supplier purchase orders, fulfillment tracking, and qualifications
• Drive the efforts to achieve the EHS requirements and ongoing improvement activities
