About Our Client

Our client is a global FMCG / retail company with Head Office located in United States. It has a strong business presence across all major cities around the globe; operation in China is well established and has been growing rapidly in the past number of years. In order to cope with the growing business, our client is seeking for a qualifying Internal Audit Manager to lead its auditing activities for PRC China.

Job Description

SOX

• Highly involve in company's SOX implementation, compliance and testing activities in China
• Valid and review reported data on SOX software
• Research on SOX compliance and reporting requirements

Internal Controls

• Evaluate internal control effectiveness at specified audit projects
• Assist with the preparation and roll out of regional policies and procedures; monitor site compliance
• Follow up with China finance personnel to actively address control related issues efficiently

Projects

• Actively involve in formulating audit plans and programs, preparation of audit reports as well as providing support on daily operations of the I.A. Department
• Participate in projects assigned by SVP of Internal Audit in U.S.

The Successful Applicant

• University degree in Accounting / Finance is required; professional qualifications is highly desired
• A minimum of 8-10 years of auditing and control experience
• Training under Big Four along with in-house experience is essential
• Strong communication skills to work across junior and senior team members of the company
• Self-starter with ability to work independently as well as a team player
• Flexibility to travel extensively within the Region and overseas
• Fluent English and Chinese is required
• Overseas candidates with recent related PRC experience are welcomed

• Candidate with matching skills will be compensated with a gross salary package starting from RMB 600K+ p.a., final salary amount is subjected to actual experience and credentials.
