Job Description

  • Play a key role in manage execution and maintenance of sales processes of our Greater China and contracting processes for revenue channels.
  • Coordinate and manage internal sales documentation and presentations.
  • Work with the contract administration teams who perform the review and execution of Google contracts for all review streams globally.
  • Establish a global best practice compliant process. Recruit, train and develop a team to support Google's revenue growth.
  • Act as a liaison between the core finance teams and the sales teams, assisting with issues related to contracting, accounting, billing, payments, credit risk management, and tax.
  • Take a leadership role in defining the financial and legal requirements for new product initiatives.
  • Establish a training and communication process for Partnership Sales Organization in order to disseminate knowledge effectively of ever-changing processes globally.
  • Facilitate inter-departmental communication of sales progress and key issues to enhance and roll out internal sales operations systems and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree from a leading undergraduate institution and a top academic performer, preferably MBA or equivalent.
  • At least 3-4 years experience of financial analysis from a leading investment bank, consultancy, Fortune 500 or high growth company.
  • Experience working cross-functionally among teams and business groups.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of strategic and competitive issues.
  • Keen understanding of SOX Compliance a plus.
  • Experience implementing projects, developing Ability to thrive in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
