Job Description

As a key member of the management team you must ensure that premium luxury customer experience and excellent sales services are being offered in our showroom. This is a core element of the company’s ambition and strategy. In addition you will be responsible to:

- Fully manage all customer sales activities in your respective territory.

- Meet manufacturer sales/reporting/CRM standards

- Develop and implement tactical variable sales programs to optimize sales.

- Actively seek out and capitalize on all available sales channels/opportunities.

- Manage a staff of 10 staff employees

- In this role, you report directly to GM

The Successful Applicant

Will have the following:

- College degree

- Language skills bi-lingual Mandarin and English (must be able to communicate with Porsche principal).

- 3 years experience in sales of premium, imported cars, thereof a minimum of 2 years as a Sales Manager

- Proven track record of leading a team of people in achieving objectives
