Job Description

• Manage and develop commercial relation with the distributor, partners in China
• Reach sales target mainly with Hospitality industry.
• Plan and manage business portfolio according to agreed market development strategy
• Maintain and development existing and new clients through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction
• Use customer and prospect contact system and keep it up to date
• Monitor ad report on market and competitor activities, Provice relevant reports and information

The Successful Applicant

• 5 - 10 years experiences sales to hospitality industry, preferred bed linen industry
• Self driven and resultant oriented, able to work independently
• Clear focus on high quality and business profit
• Ability to assess his/ her own performance and work indecently
• Mature, credible and comfortable dealing with all level of the organization
• English and Chinese both fluent in read and writing, Italian is definitely a plus
• Willing to travel, both China and abroad, 50%
